An officer at the sixth precinct, of the city of Tainan, Chen and his wife, Meng, suspected of using the statements of investing in the “darkness currencies”, and “Bick Coins”, and zoomed in on the housewives population, they’d scammed at least fifty million dollars total, and there were about fifty who were scammed; the Taipei District Attorney’s Office indicted Chen, Meng, and other who were involved based off of fraud and laws against banking.

The police investigated and found, that Meng, starting back in 2014 to date, hosted the investment seminars at high end hotels in Taipei and the cafés, and used the seminar, to make the sales pitch of the “Bick Coins”, “Dark Coins”, and other virtual currencies too, claimed to the prospective investors, that they will all get their money back in just five months, and they are guaranteed, to have forty-percent of their invested amounts returned back to them each and every month, and set up a LINE group to get more people to join in; Meng had also used the fact that her husband works as a police officer, that investing with her is not dangerous at all, to encourage her clients to throw down their money.

And yet, there are still TWO powers at play here: the people who are looking to make the easy bucks, and, naturally, this SCAM artist utilized the weakness in human nature, and was able to, scam the populations, and, the targeted population that this scam artist zoomed in on, are from those who were, housewives, and, because housewives don’t work outside their home, they’d be naturally, easy targets, due to the lack of social experiences that they have.
