As the Therapies for Sex Offenders Didn’t Work, All the Law Can Do is Fine Them

And, from before, when Cheng had molested an underage adolescent girl, he’d settled with the family for $400,000N.T.s, and received two years’ probation. The psychiatrist, Wang sighed, that the key to why these sex offenders only received probation is because the judge believed, that their offenses weren’t serious enough, if the sexual intercourse was consented between a minor and an offender, there’s NO placing the adults involved into corrective therapies, which showed, that the judges aren’t alert enough of the situations, only considering how the crimes had happened, without looking into the effect the offenders’ behaviors have on their victims.

So, there’s, this HUGE lacking, in the system, and, you can’t correct a sex offender, because, they ARE sex offenders, because they will NEVER be under controlled, until, something is done TO them (like castration, physically or chemically???), and, until there are stronger laws to protect us, we will NEVER be able to fully feel safe, in this world, where the sex offenders only receive a SLAP on the WRIST for what they did to their victims!
