The two-hundred dollar receipts winnings are being reduced, then, I’d lost a week’s worth of breakfasts in the morning then!”, the ninety-five year-old elderly who’s still very able-bodied, seeing how there was a budge slash of the funds for the winnings from the receipt lotteries getting slashed sixty million dollars, the extra sixth prize numbers will be, reduced, and, there are, a lot of people who are sighing about, how, they will not be granted the minor blessings that they used to get anymore.

“The times are bad right now, Japanese has a Super Friday program that encouraged the public to go out and spend more money, to boost up the economy, and our government is, fattening itself up, but they can’t, make fools out of us, they should keep on the increased sets of sixth winnings of the receipts, not just four sets, but maybe, increasing it to seven, eight sets, then, I would have my $30N.T. breakfasts for an entire week then!”
Every time seeing how the elderly woman sat focused, and tried matching the numbers on the receipts, and the joys she’d shown, from winning the $200N.T. prizes, I’d actually hoped, that the government can slash away the rules, adding a few sets of sixth prizes, it wouldn’t hurt a bit!
So, this, is how the bottom half lives, this elderly is reliant on the winnings of the receipts to buy her breakfast, but, with the downturn of economy, the government is tightening up its budgets, and, slashing the winning numbers, and, it wouldn’t hurt people who are middle and upper class, but, it would, surely, bring some trials, to those living in the lower classes, those who are needing the assistance moneys.
