The D.A. of Changwha, Tsai was suspected of soliciting an adolescent girl, and he’d had five more of members of those with the same interests as he to have sex with the same adolescent whom he’d had sex with, the Taichung District Attorney’s Offices yesterday prosecuted him on “Children and Youth Solicitations Prevention” along with some other charges, indicted Tsai, and asked the judge to give him a very heavy sentence; the Taichung District Court continued keeping him in custody based off of how many he’d introduced to the teenager to have sex, and how he was at flight risk, mandated to keep him in custody.
The head of the Changwha D.A.’s Office, Yu-Huan Huang said, Tsai had been suspended from before, and, the courts continued keeping him in custody, and the D.A.’s Office will keep the suspension continually.
The indictment pointed out, that Xiao-Lun Tsai (age 47), last year in February met an underage girl nicknamed “Young Chungking Gal”, and the following month, he’d paid her $3,500N.T. per hour, and took “Young Chungking Gal” to hotpot, then, drove her to motels, to have sex with her.
Afterwards, Tsai used the nickname of “Wheels”, and in the chatroom of “After the Meals” on LINE, posted “Chungking Gal’s” photo, her height, and her measurements, along with the pricing for prostitution, as well as the time slots available too. Because of Tsai’s pimping, there were, FIVE men who’d solicited “Chungking Gal”, and the pricings ranged from $3,500 to $4,000 each time.
Last year while the Taichung Investigative Squad was looking into the cases of adolescent girl solicitations, they’d suspected that there were district attorneys in the chatrooms, and, the seventeen-year-old adolescent who was solicited claimed that there was a D.A. involved too; they’d chased the leads, and found “Chungking Gal” out, and found “Wheels” to be the district attorney, Xiao-Lun Tsai. Tsai was also found to have sex with a woman nicknamed “V” over thirty times; and he’d used the nickname of “Almost Caught” to have sexual intercourse with a woman nicknamed “Chih”; but because these last two women are adults, he wasn’t prosecuted for them.
In January of this year, the D.A.’s searched Tsai’s residence, confiscated condoms, hotel vouchers, discount coupons from motels, as well as a flash drive along with other items, after Tsai was interrogated by the police he was kept in police custody. The D.A.’s offices yesterday asked the courts for an indictment, and, the judge mandated Tsai be kept in police custody based off of his families are in the U.S., that he’d pimped adolescent girls out, that he was at high flight risk.
The other district attorneys who knew Tsai well said, that Tsai is intelligent, with a great sense of humor, worked his cases passionately, and would help a coworker out anyway he can.
And yet, despite ALL of this coworkers’ vouching for his character, it still won’t erase the fact, that he solicited sex online, and even, PIMPED those younger women out, and therefore, he DESERVES to get punished, and, oh, his reputation is already FLUSHED, down into the TOILETS here too!
