Safety on the roads, don’t drive without a license, and, always WATCH where you’re going, be attentive on the roads! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
An adolescent, Wu in the city of Tainan rode out on a motorcycle without a license, he’d changed lanes, and, crashed into the Porsche driven by Tsai, Tsai asked Wu’s parents to pay for the fees to fix up his Porsche, along with the loss of the value of his car, in a total of over $1.10 million N.T.s. The High Subsidiary Courts believed, that the seven-year-old Porsche’s values declined to less than twenty-percent, plus, Tsai wasn’t totally faultless, and, mandated Wu’s parents pay over $410,000N.T.s, the case was closed.

Two years ago in August, the séance in August in the temples, the adolescent, Wu rode the motorcycle on a shortcut, and, ran across the traffic control areas that prohibited any motor vehicles, wanted to rush his way to the restaurant, and, he’d, RAMMED into the Porsche that came from across.
The driver of the Porsche, Tsai stated, that the temple had traffic control measures, that Wu rode his motorcycle to a prohibited lane, and crashed into his Porsche, causing damages on the right side of his car, along with broken his windshield too, and, the Porsche was limited edition, it took him $15,000N.T. to get it towed, over $482,000N.T. to get the caulking. Wu stated, that Tsai was driving against the flow of traffic, that he wasn’t entirely faultless either.
The case was sent to the traffic accident counsel to decide on, they’d believed, the primary cause of the accident was Wu not letting the car have the right of way, but, the secondary reason of the crash was Tsai, not noticing the traffic, that both were at fault. On the first trial, the courts mandated Wu pay $75,180N.T, Tsai was dissatisfied, and fought for an appeal, and mentioned that his Porsche was depreciated by $600,000N.T.s, and demanded that Wu also paid for that loss too.

The appellate judge believed, that Tsai’s Porsche was seven years seven months old, and based off of the rate of depreciation, it’s price was about ten percent of what it was worth compared to if it were brand new that he’d spent money on fixing it up, and, after the deduction of the depreciations, adding the manual labors of fixing it up, the damages amounted to over $132,000N.T.s. As for the depreciations in value by appraisals, after the R.O.C. automobile Associations estimates, it’s discounted $460,000N.T.s.
The second trial believed, that Wu should pay for seventy-percent of the accident, and Tsai, for not paying attention to the driving conditions, would have thirty-percent of the responsibilities, delegated, and the judge mandated Wu and his parents pay over $414,000N.T.s.
So, this, is why it’s important, to drive WITH a valid license, because, this young man rode his mo-ped without a license, and RAMMED into someone’s Porsche, and that, was why he was fined so heavily, and, had he had a valid license, maybe, he wouldn’t get fined as much, after all, you’re NOT supposed to be riding without a license in the first place, and this, would be why it is important, to have a license to operate a vehicle, before you GET on the roads!
