The shadows of our pasts, they’d, tagged along, behind us, they’d become, so attached, so enmeshed (a psychological “term”, look THAT up!!!), in us, that they’d become, something, we couldn’t, rid ourselves off…
The shadows of our pasts, they are, always, there, even when we don’t see them, they’d, find their ways, into various parts of our lives, infected our daily interactions with everybody all around us, and, some of the shadows of our pasts, they’re, maladaptive, they’d, cause troubles for us in daily living.

The shadows of our pasts, they’re, never going to go away, because we can’t, get RID of our pasts, like we can’t alter our D.N.A. The shadows of our pasts, we can only, learn, to coexist with them, cope with their presences in our lives, but sometimes, those shadows, they’d become, too massive, they’d, started, taking over areas of our lives we don’t want to share with them, and, the more we tried fending them off, casting them away, the more they’re, there to stay, to, NEVER go away…
The shadows of our pasts, we can only, open up that window with the sun shining through, to cast away the shadows, but, it’s still, NO guarantee, that once the light isn’t there anymore, those shadows won’t come back again.
