A fifth-grader, Ming loved playing basketball, and the construction worker, Wang used the excuse of helping him grow taller, to the child to a motel, and sexually molested him, although he’d denied having taken the boy to the motel and molested him, but, the surveillance footage of the motel showed otherwise, and the child was able to identify him by the tattoo on his ear, plus the forensics found his saliva in the fifth-grade boy’s underpants, the Taichung District Court found him guilty, gave him a HARSH sentence of FOUR years based off of forced sexual molestation charges.
The indictment said, that on the evening of May 27th last year, Wang was in the school’s basketball courts, saw “Ming” playing basketball with his friends, he’d started playing with them, then, told “Ming”, that he knew his older cousin, to gain his trust, got his phone number, and added him as friends on LINE.
That very evening, Wang used the excuse of helping “Ming” stretch his tendons so he’d grow taller, rode him on his motorcycle, took “Ming” to a motel, and while he was massaging “Ming”, he’d, taken the advantage to sexually molest the fifth grader against his will, and he was caught, after the boy reported it the police.
In the interrogations, Wang denied the allegations, claimed that when the crime was supposedly occurring, he was at a net café, playing online games, that he’d not gone to the motel, but, the motel supplied the surveillance footage, and Wang still tried to weasel, told the police that the footages were of his friend, Lee and the eleven-year-old boy, that it must’ve been Lee who was captured on tape, and that Lee had supplied sexually-illicit photos of the fifth grader to him since, that he couldn’t imagine, that Lee had, “borrowed” his motorcycle, and committed the crimes.
But, the victim had identified Wang based off of the tattoo under his ears, that, was when Wang finally admitted, to taking the young boy to the motel, but denied all allegations of sexual molestation, and yet, from the victim’s underwear, the forensics showed positive signs of Wang’s saliva, the judge took that Wang was malicious, and that he’d tried to evade responsibilities for what he’d done, gave him an even heavier sentence.
And, this LOSER’s attempt to WEASEL didn’t work, he was caught, and, because he didn’t want to pay for what he’d done to this young man, that, was why he’d attempted to lie about how it wasn’t him, but, the truth still came out at the end, it’s just, that this fifth grade boy will NEVER get his childhood innocence back again, he’d already been, molested, and, no amount of payment, punishment mandated to the perpetrator would cause a SINGLE difference now!
