They tell us, that this, is OUR war, that we must, go and fight for what we believed, our freedom! But, I can’t, bring myself, to do it, I mean, the war isn’t even in the country that I’m currently residing in, so, WHY am I, getting drafted overseas, to fight it, huh? Maybe, because I’m a MAN now, and, fighting in wars, is what grown men do???
It’s not our war, it’s, never BEEN our war, we have, NO stakes to win from this, only losses that we’re, destined, to suffer, as I see all of my friends, getting carried off the battlefields, broken, torn, injured, and DEAD, I wondered, WHAT, am I doing here!!!

Our war, we should have something to fight for, after all, in this day and age, it’s very easy, for us, to LOSE our drives, we go through school, like ZOMBIES, trained, to pass those god DAMN Scantron tests and, earn that worthless piece of paper, that TELLS us, that we’re, capable enough, to make it on our own now in the world, but, they’d not, taught us, ANY of the VIABLE skills we needed, for real life.
Our war, we’re, currently fighting, and, as I marched with the rest of my comrades out to battle, I’m starting to notice, how it’s, every man for himself, that, if I put someone else before me, I’d be, totally screwed, and so yeah, I’d, worked real hard, to adapt, to this brand new way of living here.
And now, I am, fighting, MY own W-A-R, and, win or lose, it’s, up to, FATE to decide for me!!!
