Online Almost 24/7, She’d Almost Needed Her Hands Amputated

But, did she, LEARN anything from this??? I wonder…from the Front Page Sections, translated…

how serious it’s getting, not my photograph…

A twenty-eight year-old working class/pretty woman blogger, needed to use her computers at work, AND after work, she’d needed to share articles on FB regularly, for long-term, she could no longer bend her fingers, and, she was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger syndrome, after the physicians advised her to stay off line for a couple of days, and undergoing treatment, she’d finally, gotten better.

The Zhongshan Medical School’s physical therapy department doctor, Yao-Jen Chen pointed out, that carpal tunnel and trigger finger syndrome are both caused by overuse of the muscles in the hands, causing inflammations, ache, and it happens, most on those who are in need of logging online a lot, like reporters, online workers, construction workers, carpenters, dentists, cyclists, they’re all, high-risk.

what this felt like…not my photo.

He’d stressed that those who used the internet every waking hour need to take a ten-minute break for every fifty minutes of use of computer, to move around a little, to stretch a bit, and adding strength training exercises and aerobics can help too.

So, this, IS the ADVERSE effects of NOT being able to, STOP using the internet and the computer, and, this just shows, how important it is, for all of you and me too, who used the computers a lot, to remind ourselves, that we need, a few minutes off every now and then, so we don’t, overwork our muscles!
