The characters for “marriage” was “marry because of confusion”, and in the future, it may well become, “reason for foolishness”! The English word, “Marriage” might be changed into “Merriage”, and, the person who’d thought this up because of the word, “Merry”, relating to Christmas, I’ll explain the way of thought of changing the characters in Chinese. As for whether or not humans march from marriage into “reasons to becoming foolish”, this shall be, a HUGE challenge!
In Taiwan, the tradition, the practice of monogamy had been instilled very long ago, although it isn’t perfect, but, there are still a lot of the people who are willing, to uphold the values; and so, no matter how the government changes the definitions, it would, cause, some upheavals, as the society can’t reach an agreement and set up a law, it won’t be able to reach the status of true equality, instead, it will surely, cause that rift, in the world.
Using the latest rule of “One Case One Day Off”, the legislators tried to add more resting time for the laborers, while increasing their pays, but, in the end, they can’t achieve both, and instead, it’d roused up the protestors, causing the originally easily managed relationship of business owners workers into tension filled, and this caused, a series of chain reactions: increases of prices, lowered earnings, the untraditional jobs making their ways to the mainstreams……in the end, it may, lessen the competitive edge, as well as worsen the economy of Taiwan. And all we can do is sigh, how the materials only collapsed, and not gotten resolved!
Especially for those who become parents in the next decade, the population had dropped, sharply, and, over half of the population are unwed individuals; and, there is a steady decline in the reproduction of offspring in the country, President Tsai will turn seventy-one, how many colleges and universities would have closed due to lack of enrollment, how many people are helping the workforce along, how many will fall into the poverty cycle, and, how many more new countries will come into being…………those running a country should KNOW what’s the most pressing issues at hand, even if it’s for the sakes of reaching equality for marriage, there’s need for an incentive, to help encourage the reproduction, so we can, continue on!
So, the writer of this article believed, that the current president here is, NOT zoomed in on the more serious issues that this country is encountering, like the decline of birth rate, the aging of the populations, and, these two are serious enough, because presently, NOT every one of us in the younger generations want to have babies, for whatever reasons we may all have, and, if children are the future building blocks of a country, then, this country is surely, screwed, because currently, the younger generations can’t even afford to have their young, because of the lack of money that’s going around in the world, coupled with inflation, etc., etc., etc., and everything is still interrelated here.
