A lesson, of cherishing the gifts that are free, translated…
The red leaves are withered away, the autumn, aged, the cold air attacked, and, it’d, made you shiver; turns out, that time had, slipped on by, without you knowing it, stealthily, led you, into this final season of the year now.
The California sun had gained its reputation. And now, it’d seemed, even more precious. After eight in the morning, it’d finally, come out, but, it was only able to, illuminate the clouds close by. And, it doesn’t, fall into the western skies until nine in the evenings, in an instant, it’d, changed. You’d wanted to, chase it down, but no matter how fast you’d run, you just, can’t catch up to it. In a blink of an eye, it’d, moved away. It’s not even past noon yet, and, you’d needed to, lift your heads upward, to see it, and, it’d, rushed along on the dates with the clouds now.
doesn’t that look comfortable??? Not my photograph…
You only have, a few short hours, to share that intimate time with the warm sun. And, if you wish to, enjoy this short-lived sense of warmth, you can only, keep close time, first, bring out a chair, sat still, then, wait, for Apollo, to come visit you. As the winter sun got you all warmed up, you’d just, gotten hooked, it’d, abandoned you. And, you’d needed to, move your lounge chairs with its positions, it’s truly, tiresome. Most of the time, it’d just, dumped you, so callously, too difficult to manage! Can’t believe, that as the sun got to this point, it’d become, totally, spoiled rotten. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, think about those ancient and abandoned poets, if they’re here, they would’ve, gotten, left by the sun, in the cold that’s for certain!
The winters up north, are usually, overcast with clouds, the northern winds howled and lashed out its tongue, and most people are, inside the houses, sitting, atop that fireplace, baking themselves, to stay warm, if the northern winds decided to take a break, and, the sun came out, then, people would, bring along a short stool outside, headed into their yards, to sit close to one another, to get some sun, to bask in the warmth. And, that old cotton coat, after the basking of the winter sun, started feeling “heat”, such a nice feeling that is!
The sun went down into the western skies now, some of the sun had already been, collected, by the cottons in my coat; I’d, ducked and hidden myself into the house again, and, I managed, to stay warm, for a quarter of a day. At this time, the farmers in the countries must be, taking off their old and worn cotton-filled coats, flipping them open, catching the ticks from them, and, they are able to, find some leisure too, I suppose. But this would be, another sort of a scene to see.
the sun is slowly setting, wish it could stay up in the skies longer, to keep the world warm, but, it’s, gotta go!!! Photo from online…
The Creators created many gifts for man, and, the greatest of all, is the sunlight. But, because it’s free, not costing a cent, people usually don’t, cherish it that much. Gladly though, the universe it large enough, and from time to time, miracles happen. And, the Creator would, from time to time, show those who don’t cherish what they have some colors, taught them to show some RESPECT, to cherish the natural resources from Mother Nature.
So, this, is from getting that warmth of the sunshine on a cold winters day, and, having sun on these, colder winter, grayed weathered days, IS truly, a blessing all right, and yet, a lot of people would, take these smaller things in life, these gifts for granted, because people don’t usually cherish what’s been given to them until they’re all, gone…
