This is why, we shouldn’t, WORK as middlemen! From the Newspapers, translated…
A board member of Tien-Fu Temple, Chen, learned about how his neighbor’s son was accused of rape in September, he’d helped mediate, and was unsuccessful, he was shot in his left thigh by a man, Huang. After many days, the police finally, caught Huang, and the woman who’d told him to shoot Chen. The district attorney yesterday charged the woman, and the shooter on breaking laws of firearms.
The indictment stated, that the fifty-one year-old Wang learned about how her friend was drugged and raped, she’d called on Huang to help, one night in September this year, Huang’s girlfriend drove the car, lifting Wang, Huang, and many others to the man accused of rape, but back then, the accused wasn’t at home, after Wang got out of the car, he’d rushed into the man’s home, causing the elderly parents to get scared, and they’d called Chen, the board member of their community to help them out.
The forty-nine year-old member of the board, Chen got along very well with the neighbors, that very evening, he’d locked up the temple, and drove back to his home, and as the neighbor called for assistance, he’d, driven to the scene again, but, they’d gotten into an argument. Huang got angry, and shot at him, and took the advantage of Chen being down, he’d, beaten him up, after Chen was rushed to the hospital, his life was spared.
So, had this man not gone to answer the call of help from the family, he would’ve never gotten shot, but, he had, and, he was, injured, this is, just ONE MORE story of how helping out has bad consequences, because you easily get scapegoated!
