The accidental collapse of the scaffolds of Daxi High School in Taoyuan, of the five workers who’d died, Liao and Huang were, a married couple, they’re already, having a hard time, getting by, the children currently belonged to the Lingluo Middle School’s Junior League teams, they’d lost both their parents, and are now, in desperate need for outside supports.

The two sons rushed up north at night, yesterday, they’d carried the plates, went to the site of the collapse, and called out to the souls of their parents, the eldest, holding back his grief, said, “The last time I saw my parents was last month”; Huang’s older sister said, that everybody is busying with her/his own life, and would only get together for the New Year’s, “We won’t see them this year now”, and, she’d started, crying hard as she thought about it.

The families told, that the kids need to continue in their education, and, the money needed for their schools can only be provided, by the relatives and the families, the family is still uncertain, of how they will settle the couple’s final affairs.

The Liaos are of the Amis tribe in Taidong, the parents worked odds and ends, and, started in the third-grade year, the brothers had, been playing little league in Pingdong by the introduction of a family member who was a former member of the China Trust Whales, Hsu; the coach, Wang pointed out, that as the accident happened, everybody was in a huge mess, “What’s important is, how can we, keep them in their education following this tragedy.”

Wang took the brothers under his wings for six years, “When I first started training them, I’d hoped, to help them get the skills they’d needed, to become baseball stars”, and now this happened, it’d, impacted their lives very much, and now, the coach can only, think on the parents’ behalf, “how, can we give them the help they will be needing.”

Wang said, that two weeks ago, the brothers told him out of the blue, that they’d wanted to, go find their parents, and he’d consoled with them, that the parents are having a difficult time, making the wages, that the roundtrip won’t be cheap; Wang said, “it’s like, there’s, some sort of premonitions to this.”, and gladly, the brothers did, see their parents later.

Wang said, that he will discuss with the school today, hoping to set up an account for donations, and hoped, that the community can lend a helping hand, to these brothers, to get them what they’d needed, the money for school, and for living. And, the department of sports, after hearing the news, had already shown the family the concerns, and in the future, there may be a need, for the school, to help find them the sponsorships they needed.

So, this, is the impacts, of a tragedy that hit the family hard, and now, without their parents, these teens won’t have what they needed in life, let alone, pursue their dreams of sports, if that’s what they want to pursue, which is why, the newspapers is calling out to those enterprises or public sponsorship programs to get the family what they may need.
