A COP, knowingly, BROKE the L-A-W, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
The Keelung Port Police squad officer, Chen showed care and concern for a female officer, Yang who was dating a fellow coworker, Yang, he’d stole the man’s thumb drive and found photos of him with his ex-wife and daughter too, he’d photographed the footage with his cell phone, then, sent it to Yang, the female officer, he’d worried that he might get found, for invading into his coworker, Yang’s privacy, he’d, stole the thumb drive too. The Courts found him guilty for invading someone’s privacy by electronics for no reasons, as well as theft, gave him seventy days in jail.
The verdict pointed out, that Chen was getting along well with Yang, and Yang had, poured her heart out at him. At the start of July this year, Yang’s boyfriend, Yang got off work, and forgot his thumb drive at the office, and placed it on the common office desk; two days later, Chen found the thumb drive, and got curious, opened up the files to look, and realized, that it was his male coworker, Yang’s.
Chen found that there were, photos of Yang and his ex-wife, and his daughter on their trips together, he’d worried that the female coworker, Yang was led on by Yang, he’d used his cell phone, took the three photos of Yang with his ex, then, LINED it to their female coworker, Yang.
Although Chen placed the thumb drive back in Yang’s desk drawers, but, he’d feared that his actions would get found out, the next day, he took the thumb drive again. As Yang received the photographs, she went to confront her boyfriend, and that, was when Yang learned, that his thumb drive was stolen, and grilled Chen about it, and demanded him return it to him.
At first, Chen denied having taken the thumb drive, the next day, he’d admitted to it, and, returned it back to Yang, and Yang pressed charges. As the court came into session, Chen denied theft, claimed, “I’d just needed to check what ELSE was on there”, but the judge reviewed over the evidences, found that Chen was lying, that he did, take the thumb drive a second time, believed, that Chen never intended to return the thumb drive back to Yang, that he did, steal the thumb drive knowingly.
The judge believed, that Chen was an officer of the law and he’d broken the laws, and disclosed Yang’s secrets and stolen the thumb drive, but he was worried that his female coworker might get tricked, that what he’d done, was warranted, gave him seventy-days in prison, for getting someone’s electronic files with no just cause, and theft, which he can pay the fines, and not serve any time.
So, the man should NOT have stolen the man’s thumb drive, and beside, WHO his female coworker was dating, is NONE of his business, unless he has some emotional investments (like he may have liked the coworker too???), in it, and that, was why he’d sent the file to the female coworker that his coworker was seeing…
