In a Rape Case, the Victim Helped the Visually Impaired Defendant to the Court Appearances, She’d Forgiven Her Boyfriend for Losing Control

This LOSER flew into a JEALOUS rage, simply BASED off of what he’d heard happening, and IF he “loves” you back, but, rape is NOT an ACT of love here!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A visually impaired man, Huang went to the breakfast shop where his girlfriend worked to find her, heard the voices of a plumber, thought that she’d been cheating on him, got a hold of her, and bit her hard, to the point that flesh almost fell off of her arms, and he’d, raped her too, he was prosecuted for forced sexual behaviors. As the Shihlin District Court held its sessions, his girlfriend kept begging on Huang’s behalf, constantly stated, “I will NOT sue him”, the judge took into considerations, that they really DO love one another, gave Huang a sentence of a year and eight months, which he would be allowed to serve, and three years probation too.

Because Huang has visually impairments, he is registered as a severely handicapped individual, he works as a service counter clerk for an airline, he’d worked at a visually impaired masseur, his girlfriend was a long-time client, because he’s hardworking, and they’d gotten along very well, they fell in love.

On the afternoon of January 4^th this year, Huang got drunk, and went to the breakfast shop where his girlfriend works in Nangang, Taipei, he was suspected of hearing the voice of a plumber, he flew into a jealous rage, broke into the shop, ripped off his girlfriend’s clothes, and, bit his girlfriend on the cheeks, lips, neck, nipples, and arm, he’d used so much force, that his teeth broke off! The girlfriend ran to hide in the restrooms, and Huang chased after her, pinned her down, then, raped her with his hands twice.

The officers arrived to rescues her, the girlfriend cried and told them, that her boyfriend flew into a jealous frenzy, not only broken his own teeth, but her flesh was almost, torn off her forearms too. The girlfriend originally sued Huang for rape, assault, but, Huang’s heartfelt apologies, and promised to NEVER do it again, before the D.A. concluded the investigations of the case, she’d dropped the charges.

As the Shihlin District Court was ruling over the sexual assault charges, the “victim” would each and every time, help the “defendant” around, and told the judge, “I want to drop the charges”; the judge told her, “rape is not something you can drop”, that, was when she’d stopped begging on her boyfriend’s behalf. Huang said, that that day, he got drunk, thought that there was another man in the house, suspected that his girlfriend cheated on him, that, was why he did what he’d done.

The Collectivist Courts took into considerations, that Huang didn’t have any priors, that he’d lost it after getting drunk, and his girlfriend begged over and over again on his behalf, and said that she loved him and that she will “get back together with him”, the judge believed, that their love was hard to come by, and gave Huang only probation.

And, we can only HOPE, that this, is a one-time ONLY incident, but, who knows, maybe, this man will fly into another JEALOUS rage when he hears his girlfriend, talking lovingly to her pet (if she has one, I really don’t know!!!), but, if a man gets jealous and turns violent so easily, without cross-checking the FACTS, then, he shouldn’t BE a keeper, but, this woman is blinded by what she thought WAS love that she’d felt for him…
