The couple, the Fangs set up the Golden Asian Industrials Company, and sold their products over FIVE of the continents, and won the Little Giant’s Award from the Department of Economics, as well as the Outstanding Entrepreneur Medals, and, for multiple years since the start of the company, the theories of operations never changed, they’d insisted that “using the old workers, but the newer machines”, Fang bought houses for his over thirty members of foreign workers, so they can settle in, he’d given everything, to the welfare and the benefits of his workers.

Fang is passionate about non-profit activities, he was especially in to volunteer firefighting. For over ten years, he’d acted as the advisor to the fire department substation, given them the funds for newer equipment, this year, he’d even acted as the volunteer firefighters’ captain, in his busyness, he’d still managed to put in forty hours of technical training for emergency services technician, never missed a day of class. “So long as you have the heart, time will NEVER be the problems”!
The company of the fifty-seven-year-old Fang also manufactured the pipes and the steel axes, sold of about ninety-percent of what he’d produced. He said, he lives close to the fire station, and would often hear the sirens from the fire engines, the ambulances, and, he’d felt bad, in the winter nights, as he heard the alarms go off, over how the firefighters would head out in such cold weathers, he’d sponsored the fire station for years on end, to give the firefighters the encouragements. In order to help more, Fang passed his technician’s exam for basic level paramedics training this May, and gotten more actively involved in the firefighting and saving lives.
He said, that he has limited time in Taiwan, and, he’d put the volunteer firefighter training sessions and paramedics training as his first priorities, and just dropped all of his other activities, there’s this lacking of manpower in the firefighting systems, being involved personally, he felt he was able to help out more effectively, “Learning how to save someone’s life is also, a very valuable asset to me too.”
So, this man went all OUT, in helping out his local community, his kindness toward his employees was amazing, he’d taken care of them, so they feel more settled here, and thus, they’d become, more willing, to work even harder under him, and he’d also gotten actively involved with his local fire department, in the volunteer firefighting front, and this, is how much this man is dedicating to his local community.
