Let’s see what happened here, shall we??? From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A three-year-old girl, Lee, based off of her kindergarten teacher’s instructions, skipped her three-year-old boy classmate who has a learning disability as she’d passed the candies out, the three year old boy scratched the little girl’s face; the little girl’s mother had had enough, because this, was the THIRD time the little boy hurt her own daughter, she’d reported the boy for assault on her own child; the police tried to mediate, but the woman refused to settle, and the police are now, handling the case based off of protocol.

The police said, that people under age fourteen, is unpunishable by the law, but the girl’s mother insisted on suing, and the officers asked for advice from the juvenile court judge, the judge told them that he couldn’t oversee the case, and had the officers console the little girl’s mother, the police are going to try to get the mother of the little girl to drop the charges against the boy.

The police pointed out, that last night, they’d called the boy and his mother in, to get their statements, and, if the little girl’s mother refused to drop the charges in the end, they will send the case to juvenile court, but the judge already told the officers, that if they’d send the case in, he’s not going to rule on it.

The police investigated, that Lee, the young girl’s grandmother took candies to the kindergarten two days ago at around three in the afternoon, so her granddaughter can share it with the class, but because this little boy will become agitated when he has too much sugar, the teacher blocked him from getting the candies from the girl; after a little over twenty minutes, the little boy scratched and injured the little girl for it.

The kindergarten said, that the little boy is from a low-income single parent household, that most of the kindergartens wouldn’t take him, and in order to make sure he receives the same education like the rest of the kids, they’d allowed him to enroll without the fees; this young boy has communication difficulties, used his gestures to signal, and was deeply remorseful for hurting the little girl, the kindergarten will separate the boy and the little girl in the class sessions in the future.

This kindergarten that pushed forth the “fusion education” theories, hoped that children from less fortunate backgrounds and children with learning disabilities can have the same learning environments like the rest of the children, so they can become socialized like the general public in the future, and, there is only one member of the classroom with learning disability per class, to upkeep the quality of education to all the students.

So, the parents of this little girl got angered at how this little boy had, scratched their daughter, but, they failed to see that the little boy scratching their daughter was only a RE-action, had the teacher just talked to the little boy before candies were passed out, why he wasn’t getting any, or maybe, gave him something else instead, like a sticker or cookies, then, none of this would’ve happened, and, I get, that the parents of the little girl is angered at how their daughter was hurt, and was suing the little boy for hurting their young.
