How far a woman goes, in making HER illegit legit! From the Newspapers, translated…
A woman, Liao fourteen years ago, was married to a man from China, Lin, but, in no more than six months after the man moved here, he’d suspected that his wife was seeing another man, he got angry and left his home; many years later, Liao had a new boyfriend, and had a baby boy, in order to register the child, she’d secretly, carved a seal on behalf of Lin, and, stamped his seal as the father for the birth certificate of her son, was charged with forgery, a while ago, the D.A.’s office ended the investigations, and, gave her a delayed sentence.

The D.A. investigated and found, that Liao (age 38), had been married to Lin years ago in China after they both arrived to Taiwan, they’d registered for marriage and moved in together, but, six months later, their marriage hit the rocks, Lin was furious, because he suspected his wife was cheating on him, left home, and, never contacted his own wife again.
The indictment papers pointed out, that later, Liao met a new boyfriend, and, at the end of two years ago, gave birth to a son, in order to register the infant, and seeing how she was still married to Lin legally, she’d gone to the stamp carving shop, and asked the worker to make her another stamp on Lin’s behalf, and, stamped it onto the column that says “Father” for the birth certificate from the hospital, then, registered her own illegitimate child at the land offices.
The Hsinbei Specialty Force chased the leads last year, and found that Lin had overstayed past the expiration of his visas, and the whole thing blew open, and that, was when Liao admitted to what she’d done, and wrote a statement of repentance, the D.A. considered that she had no priors, so gave her a delayed sentence for two years’ time, and mandated her to do eighty hours of community services too.

Afterwards, Liao filed for divorce with the courts and was approved, in order to confirm the identity of her own son, she’d filed a civil suit, and because her son’s father is currently serving time, after the courts called the man from prison, and the man had admitted to the judge, “The child is mine”, and after DNA test, the child’s DNA matched his too, as the civil case went, it’d confirmed, that Liao’s daughter also wasn’t Lin’s offspring.
So, this, is the result of a woman who’d slept with multiple man, and, because illegitimate children aren’t legally registered, they’d needed to go around the system, to get the children what the kids are in need of: education, health insurance, etc., etc., etc., which was why this woman took the liberty, to forge the documentations.
