Gaining an understanding about life in general, translated…
After I’d begged the goddess of mercy, my heart felt lighter somewhat. My body felt mildly tired, my legs sore, feet, numbed—after all, we don’t always get in that “begging” position in life a lot. Of course, it would be best, not to beg, and, not having any wants, is even, better.
But, I’m just, one of many humans.

The gathering of people before the statue of the Goddess of Mercy, suddenly, dissembled. My shoulder, my purse, kept getting bumped in all directions.
After I’d exited the doorways of the temple, the fast-paced life started, hitting me hard, there were those, who rushed to cross the streets before the lights turned, people chanting “Amitabha”, plus, “Thanks”, brushing you aside, to get before you.
I’d walked toward the subway stations, all of a sudden, I’d felt, that attack of fatigue overcoming me.
Returning back to the neutral grounds. With that peace of mind. Make, the right decisions.

So, you can see, how after visiting this temple, the narrator started wondering about if we really have the right to choose in life, or that the choices we make in life, are merely how we choose to cope with what’s happening in our lives, very philosophical, isn’t it???
