A man in Tainan took advantage of after his daughter took her anti-depressants and became too weakened to fight, sexually molested and raped her three times, causing her daughter to suffer from the traumatic stresses, she’d taken leaps off of the building and mutilated herself because of it. The father received seventeen years and six months’ worth of jail sentence, and the daughter and the mother asked the father to pay in a civil case, the first trial mandated that the man pay his own daughter $1.7 million N.T. and his ex-wife one million dollars N.T.
This thirty-nine-year-old male divorced in 2000, his ex-wife gained custody of her daughter, and because the daughter was a teenager, she’d not gotten along well enough with her own mother, they’d fought often, during 2012, the ex-wife took the fourteen-year-old daughter, moved back in with her ex’s house to cohabit. The ex-wife slept in the living room, while Feng, the teenager slept with her father on the same bed.
Two months later, the father took advantage of how his ex-wife needed sleeping pills to help her sleep, learned that his daughter would become unable to fight after she’d taken her anti-depressants, he’d attempted to molest her, he saw that she’d not said anything, he’d continued to rape her two more times.
The daughter didn’t say anything, because it was her father who’d sexually molested and raped her, but in the end, she couldn’t take it anymore, she’d told her school teacher, and, was placed in protective custody; two days later, because she felt so ashamed and angered, she’d attempted suicide by leaping off of the building, causing her to suffer from severe head trauma, and she’d become paralyzed and became a paraplegic and couldn’t control her bodily functions.
After the police was notified, they’d searched the father’s residence, and took the vibrator he’d used to rape his daughter with as evidence. Although the man admitted to raping his own child, he’d ditched bail and escaped, two years later, he was arrested, and, as he was interrogated, he’d denied the allegations; on the second appeal, he was given seventeen years and six months, he’s currently appealing for an even lesser sentence.
On the civil suit front, the daughter asked him for a total of $17,060,000 N.T.s. The rapist father stated that the amount of over nine million dollars N.T. to be used for the care of his own daughter was way too high, asked to pay a lesser amount.
But, the Tainan District Court believed, that the man in order to satisfy his own urges, took advantage of how his own daughter became unable to fight back, and raped her, causing her to become emotionally distraught, and committed suicide and seriously injured herself, and now, she would require around-the-clock constant care, and, mandated that he need to pay $17.6 million N.T., and he’d needed to pay his own ex-wife another million for the sufferings too.
And, I mean, H-O-W can this be called “justice”? The young woman became PARALYZED because what this LOSER did to her, and, there’s NO amount of money that can be paid by this DEADBEAT, to make up for what he had done, and yet, this, in the public’s belief, IS justice served!!!
