A woman, Yang got paid for sex with a male customer in August, after she was caught, the police booked the man responsible, Chen on public indecency. As Yang testified, she’d claimed, that she had the female condoms, “Durex”, that it wasn’t the same brand confiscated from the shops, that what she did had nothing to do with Chen, the D.A. found there to be a lack of evidence, and dropped the charges.
Last year, Chen became the person in charge, and was accused of getting the ladies in the shop to have sex with the male customers, and each time she’d earned $750N.T.s from the total of $2,500N.T.s, to increase the compliance of men coming to the shop, to up the sales of the shop.
A male client, Huang came to the shop this August, went into the room to have sex with Yang, was caught by the police in the act, the condoms, the lubricants, along with the books were all confiscated, Chen was charged with public indecency, while Yang and Huang were charged with obstruction of social order.
As Chen was taken to the police station, she’d denied the allegations, stressed, that she’d not known about the agreement of sex; as Yang was questioned by the D.A., she’d claimed, that the female condoms found that day, “Durex”, was from her, that it wasn’t the same brand from the ones found in the hair salon, and didn’t know who owned those condoms found in the salon.
The D.A. thought, that the used condoms aren’t the same brands as the ones confiscated. And Yang insisted that Chen didn’t know a thing, that it was, hard to set up a case based off of the evidence, that there were, solicitations going on, and didn’t prosecute Chen any further.
So, this, is due to a TECHNICALITY, that these whores didn’t get charged, and, they got lucky this time, but, don’t know if they’ll be lucky the times after this, and this just shows, how the SEX industry is flourishing in the current world, and, there’s still NO way we can kill off this “breed” of bad things, because there will always be loopholes…
