The Young Couple Lived Together for Only Seven Months, and There Had Already Been Three Domestic Violence Calls, the Judge Granted Their Divorce

A man, Lee had sexual intercourse with an underage minor, feared that he may be sued for rape, he could only marry her, but after they wed, his wife didn’t change her drug abuse habits, and would beat him up, and constantly flirted with other men around her too.

Lee filed for divorce, but his wife claimed, that she’d miscarried twice, and that her husband didn’t work, which was what caused her to feel so upset. The Shihlin District Court found, that this young couple had three domestic violence reports in just seven months, and granted the divorce.

Lee had sex with an adolescent female, after the adolescent’s mother found out, she’d threatened him, “having sex with someone who’s not yet eighteen is a prosecutable crime”, demanded he marry her daughter quickly, that, was how they were married.

Lee said, because the adolescent girl abused ketamine, he was hesitant before they wed, but the girl promised “I will get cleaned”, but instead, after they married, she’d started using a Level Two substance, amphetamine.

Last April, his wife, because he’d ignored her, started punching and kicking at him; in May, Lee told his mother, “my wife’s going to court for her drug abuse”, his wife started chewing on him, biting at him, beating him with a club. His wife sang, play cards, gotten drunk, with members of the opposite sex, let her school work slide, and claimed that she was still single, and had stayed out for three days straight; as his mother-in-law couldn’t find her daughter, she’d called him “pussy”, “bad seed”, slapped him across the face.

There were, Lee’s wife’s photos with other men, he thought she was being unfaithful, and filed for divorce.

But his wife told, that every time he’d started working for just a few short days, he’d said he’d quit, and she and her side of the family are the ones, keeping the household going, she’d miscarried twice, and, it’d not affected her husband one bit, that, was what caused her to be in a bad mood all the time.

The Family Court investigated and found, that not only were the wife and mother-in-law using bad language, the son-in-law also called the mother-in-law a “bitch”, that both sides were not at all rational.

Lee’s wife entered into juvenile detention for a case this August, she would have to stay there for at least a year.

And, the judge saw that this young couple only lived together for seven short month, and already had three physical domestic violence reports, that it would be hard, for them, to stay married to one another, and, granted the divorce.

So, who’s at fault? They BOTH are! But, we only have the stories on the papers, and, until we know everything about this case, we can’t comment, but, from what is told, this woman HAS a history of violence, and she is also, a drug addict, and, due to other numbers of things, that, was what led to this man demanding a divorce.
