Life, the Obstacle Course

The United Nation of Commutes

Translated…

The city I live in, Los Angeles, the traffic always gets congested, and, the morning and afternoon rushes, are the most headaching time for all the commuters.

Being STUCK in the mass flowing traffic, with the slow moving flow of the floods, I’d loved, making observations of my external environments, to see how the various people around me are behaving; there were the drivers who just, stared up ahead, mumbling something to themselves; some of the drivers cranked up the volume on their stereos, and swayed their bodies along with the flow of music; some, took out their breakfasts, started, gulfing it all down, then, sucking their fingers off. There were, so many amazing ladies, who skillfully, put on their eyeliners, lipsticks while waiting in traffic.

this is better…

A couple of coworkers and I started carpooling, because we’re from various nations, we’d often used the commute time to chit chat, to share the cultures in our own countries with one another. At which time, the hardest for us to handle, is when someone starts talking about the food items, because we’re all, getting hungry, and, we’d all, gazed out the windows, and sighed on: why are we still crawling so very slowly?

And because of the need for this carpool, we’d all gone in and out of the offices together, not only were we able to establish a more intimate way of relating to one another, we’d had the chance, of sharing the times together, in our carpools to and from work as well.

than this…

So, this shows the importance of companionship, and, there are, pros to having carpool: the CARPOOL lane, and besides, you don’t have to sit all alone inside your cars, jammed up in traffic, with nothing to do, bored to your sleep, by carpooling with someone, you’re actually able to, share your thoughts, beliefs, and experiences with other people that you’re riding out with, oh, and it saves time, gas, and you don’t always have to find it hard, getting that parking space too.
