The Mother and Her Boyfriend Were Abusing Amphetamine, the Smokes Filled Up the Residence, and Killed the Three-Months Old Son They Had Together

From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A woman, Jeng, took along her three-months-old young son, moved in with her boyfriend, Lee, the two adults were suspected of getting high on amphetamine, and Jeng was breastfeeding her own son, a little over a month after the infant boy died, the D.A. started an investigation, and, found that inside the bloodstreams, as well as the stomach of the young boy, there was, amphetamine, and the D.A. concluded that the cause of his death was due to slow poisoning of amphetamine, and, Lee and Jeng were both charged with involuntary manslaughter.

The D.A. investigated, that Jeng (age 22), because her husband was in jail, this March, she’d taken along her three-months-old young son, to Taoyuan, to live with Lee (age 27), they lived in a small suite together. A month later, the little boy had no signs of life, and they rushed him to the hospital, but it was too late, he’d already, died.

a child in pain, because of her parents’ substance abuse, not my photo…

As the coroner’s and police examined the infant’s corpse, they found there to be no external injuries, but, the child was just skin and bones, and the officers suspected he had been starved to death; Jeng claimed, that she’d breastfed her infant son on schedule, that she didn’t know why he’d died either.

In order to clarify the cause of death, the Coroner’s Institution autopsied the young child and sent the parts to be tested, and found, that inside the infant’s bloodstream as well as stomach contents, there were, traces of amphetamine, and believed, that the infant died of a slow and long-term poisoning of amphetamine, causing his brain to swell, so he’d, lost his appetite long term, and he’d died, of dehydration and malnutrition.

The D.A. called in Jeng and Lee, the two admitted to abusing the amphetamine, but claimed that when they’d abused the illegal substances, they’d cracked open a window, or take the child far off. As the officers of the law dug deeper, they’d found, that a week before the young infant’s death, the two adults almost never left the house, just stayed in, and abused drugs, the poisonous fumes spread through the entire bedroom, and, that, was how the young child had, “breathed in” the poisonous fumes, and, Jeng was also, breastfeeding, and, the residual from her drug abuse seeped through the breastmilk, being consumed by her own young, causing the young infant male to die of amphetamine poisoning.

The D.A. also found out, that after the death of the young infant, while Jeng and Lee were using LINE to communicate, they’d suspected, that the child’s death is related to the illegal substances in the breastmilk, and by that, the D.A. concluded, that they knew well, that abusing the drugs is damaging to the young child.

So, this is still very irresponsible parenting behavior, when you’re breastfeeding your young, everything you used (drugs, prescription meds, etc., etc., etc.) gets absorbed into your systems, and gets consumed by your infant through breastmilk, and, these are just, another pair of irresponsible parents who only CARED about getting H-I-G-H, and in the process, had, murdered a young infant!
