Caught in the act, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
An Uber registered driver, Chen, was sent, to pick up a female passenger who’d passed out from drinking too much, he was suspected of taking her to a motel to rape; the Taoyuan District Attorney’s Office indicted him based off of forced sexual act. This was, the very first case of an Uber driver, raping his customer.
Uber stated, that this, was a very heart wrenching thing, that the company had, strictly spoken up against this sort of behaviors, and are now, in full compliance with the police, in the investigations related to the events; as the Uber team received the notices of the driver’s rape of his passenger, they’d, terminated the work contract they had with him immediately already, and took him off of the list of drivers who are allowed to pick up customers via the Uber services. Uber stressed, that the driver of the cab received a good citizen’s certificate handed out by the police department, and that they’d checked his records, which showed no prior criminal histories.

The D.A. investigated, that Chen (age 34), at three in the morning on August 15th of this year, was called on duty by the Uber platform online, went to a certain karaoke place on Linseng N. Road to pick up a female passenger, the woman who’d called for the cab was dressed in sexy clothes, almost passed out from drinking, said that she’d needed a lift to Ximenting to continue the party with another group of people. As the cab arrived in Ximenting, the woman had, passed out unconscious on the cab, Chen believed that it was, an opportunity he couldn’t, pass by, drove straight, to a motel in Taoyuan, and raped the woman, and left the woman alone, inside the motel room, and after the woman sobered up next morning, she’d reported her own rape.
And because calling a cab by Uber leaves a record, the police and the detectives based off of the records, the notices, along with the routes taken by the drivers, as well as the surveillance cameras around the motel, they’d found Chen as the one who’d raped the customer; and, toward all the hard evidence against him, Chen admitted to rape the female victim who was, too drunk to fight him back that he’d gone to pick up.

So, here’s, another crime of OPPORTUNITY, as the woman is too drunk, too passed out to fight off this god DAMN bad Uber driver, that, was how he was able to, successfully, rape her, and the lesson to be learned here is still, don’t get too drunk, and, ride the public transportations when you want to go home after drinking too much at night, because, at least, on a bus, the driver couldn’t possibly, park that huge vehicle inside a parking lot of a MOTEL, and, rape his passenger, it wouldn’t be that easy!!!
