A woman from Taichung, Tsai, after she had a fight with her husband, and her husband stormed out of the house, she got angered, and set her own couch on fire, causing a housefire; the firefighters and paramedics rushed in, found Tsai unconscious, from the smoke inhalations, rushed her to the hospital, but, she was, dead; there were, four other residents who, while running up to the roof, who suffered smoke inhalation, but, they’re all okay after being treated.
The police investigated, that a community building two nights ago, caught fire around eleven o’clock, the firefighters, the police rushed to the site, and evacuated the residents. A lot of the residents were already in bed, and, woke up in a panic, and, rushed to escape the fire, four of the seventh-floor residents, while trying to escape, suffered mild smoke inhalation.
The point where the fire started was Tsai’s (age 41) home, as the firefighters broke down the door, they went searching, found a lot of the furnishings were, destroyed, that the walls were, blackened too, but thankfully, the fire was, contained in the residence, the forensic officers also believed, that the fire was started in the living room.
Tsai’s husband told, that at the start of the year, he’d come clean to his own wife about having an affair, ever since, they’d argued on that a lot. Two nights ago at around eight, shortly after he returned home, his wife started a fight with him again, he’d not wanted to get into it again with his own wife, so, he left the house, and not long thereafter, he’d received a call, that something happened at home.
Tsai’s daughter said, that two nights ago, her mother pulled her out of her bedroom, then, pushed her out of the house, and, in the process of her mother pulling her, she saw that the couch in the living room was set on fire, outside the house, she’d called the fire department, and her older brother for help.
As Tsai’s husband got a call from their son, he’d immediately rushed home, saw the fire department there, trying to put out the fire, he was so shocked he couldn’t speak. The police and coroners examined Tsai’s body and ruled out any foul play, and they’d taken samples of her stomach contents, to see what was inside there, to clarify the exact cause of her death.
So, this, is how a woman, take revenge over her husband’s affair, and, the ignition point was this last fight this woman had with her husband, that’s pushed her over the edge.
