A father to her, you will, NEVER be, I was your flesh-and-blood, and you’d never been, anything LIKE a father to me, and this kid, who’s totally UNRELATED to you (or so I had thought she was!), had, captured, ALL your attention, why is that?
If you want to be a father to her so much, then, why don’t you, have her call you “daddy” and just, LEAVE me alone!!! If you want to be a father to her, that’s fine, I don’t need you, I never did, I can survive, DAMN well on my own, like I’d always done, I don’t need you.

A father to her, you’d longed to be, she, was the perfect child, and I was flawed, the trouble-maker, the one who took up, too much of your attention! A father to her, you can now be, as I’m, all grown up, and have, NO need for a father-figure in my life, I’m already, all grown up, and I don’t need you, to hold my hand, as if, you ever had…
Had you been there with me through my childhood years, you would’ve realized, how much I’d, needed you, but you always had to work, work ALWAYS came first, and your children were, second-place!
