A man, Chen, was suspected of being displeased at how his ex-girlfriend, Chien had, wanted to break up with him, yesterday morning, he’d used the excuse of returning the motorcycle, got her to go out with him, and, on the way to somewhere, he’d poured gasoline he’d prepared all over her, then, set her on fire, the victim suffered a sixty-three percent burn on her body, after being rushed to the hospitals, she was in critical, life-threatening condition, Chen claimed, that he was going to kill himself too, the police suspected that Chen had premeditated the murder of his ex-girlfriend, and is now, looking at the details of the case.
A witness said, she saw the woman, ran from the motorcycle, screamed out in pain, her clothes were all lit up, as she rushed over to see her, Chien pointed to her ex, Chen, said, “Catch him”, she didn’t dare make a move, told the victim to stop-drop, and roll first, then immediately called the police.
The police stated that Chen (age 66) and Chang-Chien (age 42) are both divorced, are currently single, with their own children, Chang-Chien had been hired by Chen to sold the fruits at the marketplace, they’d started dating, and had moved in together and lived together for three years before in Daliao District, they broke up this August.

At 7:22 in the morn, they road past the bypass of the Riverbanks Road in Daliao, and that was when Chen took out the bottled gasoline he’d prepared, dumped it onto Chang-Chien, then, set her on fire, and in an instant, the motorcycle, as well as the woman, lit up in flames, and the fire raged toward Chen, and injured him as well, and it was during the morning rush hours, a lot of the car passed by and witnessed this, the firefighters of the district rushed in quickly, put out the fire, and lifted the woman to the hospital, the officers arrested Chen, who’d committed arson.
Chang-Chien is now, in the I.C.U. being treated and observed, couldn’t talk; Chen claimed, that he and the woman had disagreements in money and love, that on the way to somewhere, they’d started arguing again, that, was when he’d lit the motorcycle up, wanted to kill himself alongside her too.
The police stated, that because Chang-Chien was severely injured, they couldn’t get the story from her, and, the police are doubting, that Chen is telling them the whole truth, they will be looking into the case more.
So, this, is how another love ended in revenge, because this LOSER felt awful he was dumped by this woman, and so, he’d come up with this plan, to kill her, and this just shows, that no matter how good two people once were, after they break up, anything goes, and, anything includes attempted murder, assault, and murder, along with everything that’s bad that can happen to a human being!
