The judge, Chen, of the high executive courts in Taipei is already married, and yet, asked his female assistant to hold hands with him, to hug with him, and as they took a stroll in the evenings together, he’d forcibly kissed her too. The justice department after learning, believed, that Chen was no longer fitting for the judgeship, yesterday, the justice department relieved him of duty as a judge, and assigned him to another job.

After Chen was relieved of his duties as a judge, he could become a notary public, or a public defense attorney, but it depends on whether or not there’s an opening in the courts, and if the courts are willing, to hire him for the positions; and because Chen had served long enough, he can also file for retirement, or choose to be relieved of duty on his own.
The married Chen was accused of starting in November of 2011, using the excuse of praying, being moved, along with other excuses, held the hands of his assistant, hugged her too, and told her, that it would be easy, for her, to continue to work as a judge’s assistant with his help. In order to make sure that she doesn’t get herself fired, the female assistant usually fawned toward Chen’s requests of her.
The day before the meeting for whether or not his assistant will be hired again, told the woman, that his wife took the kids home, “I’m free for the night”, invited the female assistant to go for a stroll by the riverside by Poli-Sci University. Chen saw that the female assistant came, he’d asked her if he could hold her hands; the female assistant worried, that if she’d told him no, she would not be able to continue to work, later on, as she’d got into his car, he’d forced a kiss on her, she was scared, and pushed him away.
After she’d returned to work next time, she’d told Chen, that she will NO longer go out with him alone, but Chen still stroked his assistant’s hair, grabbed her hand, and asked her to not go out with any other married men there was once where he’d stopped her from exiting the office. The female assistant was so shocked she’d posted about it on Facebook, and, as a coworker read, the coworker told the courts, and that, was how Chen’s bad behaviors were found out.
The director of the Highest Executive Courts in Taipei, Wu stated, that he had yet to receive related written information on the matter, and had yet to read the verdict of the rulings, that he couldn’t comment on the case for now.
So, this is, another ABUSE of power, and it’s obvious, why the woman didn’t tell anybody, because she wanted to keep her job, and to avoid the gossips at the office, and because this man knew she won’t tell anybody about it, that, was why he was able to, get so far with her, but gladly, one of the woman’s coworkers figured it out, and let everybody know.
