A man, Hu who drove a car, and killed the doctoral student, Lin, from Chingwha University, after he’d killed the man, he’d attempted to destroy his laptop, yesterday, he was suspected of taking an altered handgun to his own head, but, the gun wasn’t good, he’d only suffered a fracture in his skull and subdural hematoma as a result of his suicide attempt, he was taken into the ICU for treatment. And the police already sent officers to keep guard over him, after he’s more stabilized, they’re going to check to see where he got the guns.
“The gun didn’t work right, it didn’t kill me”, based off of understanding, after the twenty-five year-old Hu was taken to the hospital, he’d complained, and he’d told the police, that he’d found the gun by the riverside park. The family told, that after Hu drove a car and killed Lin, the doctoral student, he’d become, very depressed, and that his suicide attempt may be related to the hit and run.
“I think he’s just playing the role, wanting sympathies from all around,” Lin, the doctoral student’s father stated, after he’d learned of Hu’s suicide attempt; he sighed, that Hu should be brave, and face the law, that even if he needed to serve time, after he’s served his time, he’ll still be young, he also didn’t want Hu’s parents to be like him, needing to cope with the loss of his own child.

In June of this year, Hu drove his car, and hit Lin, the doctoral student, and killed him, and ran from the scene, afterwards, he’d found that Lin’s backpack was stuck to the wheel of his own car, he’d attempted to destroy all the research results that Lin had by destroying the laptop, so the hit-and-run can’t be traced back to him; early yesterday morning at around six, Hu used a gun on his own head at his home in Hsintien, as the paramedics came to his place, they’d found him lying on the floor, with an altered gun, the bullet, jammed inside the barrel, after they’d examined Hu, they found him to have NO injuries, but there was this redness and swelling on his right temple, they believed that he was not in life-threatening danger.
The police found the guns, the bullets, the shell casings, and dynamite inside Hu’s room, and, they believed, that Hu was altering the guns and selling them off privately.
So, this, is a suicide attempt, driven by guilt, maybe? But, because this man hadn’t gotten tortured by his own guilty conscience for leaving that doctoral student to DIE on the streets after he’d hit him, that, is why he couldn’t complete his own suicide attempt, and, he’s going to, live with his own guilty conscience for a very long time.
