Scamming you on love, and the “culprits” that made you so vulnerable was??? Oh yeah, your OWN desperation!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

Add another case of scam by Jr-Yun Weng. Weng was accused of setting up the false identity of “Uncle” to date a divorced woman, Hong, and he’d scammed her a total of 147 times, totaling up to $26,750,000 N.T.s the Shihlin District Attorney’s Office indicted Weng.

Weng’s original name was Huei-Ming Weng (age 47), she’d falsified herself as a rich woman, sent her daughter to a nobility private school, and, used how she’d needed the quick cash, to make her money roll, that she was, about to inherit a billion dollars in inheritances, and scammed nine of her daughter’s classmates’ parents, a total of over thirty million dollars N.T., the victims included the well-known people of business, she was just sentenced to nine years for fraud this May.

using that connection through the internet, to scam!!!  Not my photo.

Hong accused, that Weng had used the excuse of needing to pay up the inheritance taxes and other reasons, to get her to loan her the money, after she divorced, she’d introduced her own “great uncle”, Lin to her, that they’d established their relationship using communications apps, and, in their chit-chats, “Lin” had mentioned his good friend, “Ding”, the three of them interacted online together a lot; but as Hong wanted to see her “boyfriend” in person, the man used the excuse of “I’m living abroad”, or “I have business trips”.

In April, 2013, Weng cried to Hong about her older brother’s death, of how she didn’t have enough money to get the final affairs, and, Hong immediately wired the money. And, “Lin” texted how he’d watched “Ming busied in and out, but couldn’t help her alleviate the burdens”, Hong put up more money, she’d taken out $1.41 million N.T. to help Hong bury her older brother, and last year, she’d found out, that Jr-Yun Weng’s brother is still alive, and realized that she got scammed.

you never know what’s going on on the other end, until it’s too late for you!!! Not my comic.

Hong accused, that her boyfriend, Lin had borrowed money from her when his household appliances needed to get fixed, and even asked her for a loan for his hernia operation too; last year, as Weng was found to have committed fraud and scams, the boyfriend used the excuse of “I need more money to buy the help of the media”. Until Weng was taken into custody, she’d found, that the characters “Lin” and “Ding” were, fictional characters made up by Weng, that, for four years, the phone call she’d received from Lin, was actually by Weng, using a voice changer.

And so, this just shows, that when you’re too desperate for love, you have the tendency to become, a prey, for the scam artists, and because this woman was looking for love, someone she could spend the rest of her life with after she’d divorced, she’s desperate, that, was what made her an easy target for this female scam artist.
