Just as this kid was about, to start his brand new life too!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The eleven-year-old boy, He was suspected of being beaten up at home, was taken into an orphanage for placement in Miaoli, two evenings ago, he was suspected of losing concentration doing his homework, and gotten into a physical altercation with his life counselor, Chang, Chang held him up, then, SLAMMED him onto the floor; and the orphanage didn’t pay enough attention to this teen, three hours later, that, was when they’d found He, foaming at the mouth, and they’d rushed him to the hospital, but it was already, too late. The counselor, Chang was then, suspended, and processed for negligence homicide, after the D.A. examined the details, they’d asked the courts for Chang to get taken into custody, and the orphanage was also given a $300,000N.T. fine as well.

This particular orphanage had been set up for six years, and it’d taken in the abandoned, the neglected, as well as the abused children, there were, twenty-seven children in this orphanage right now. The Miaoli County Government would visit the orphanage to make sure it was up to standards every single month, last year, the orphanage complained to the county government, that He was hard to discipline, and would pick fights, and break the furniture, along with other sorts of misbehaviors too.

The police investigated and found, that the sixth grade boy, He was interacting with five other children two evenings ago, but he was suspected of not doing his homework assignments, and cussing other kids out, that after Chang, the life counselor pulled him aside, but the boy kept struggling to break free, the counselor and the boy became, deadlocked for over ten minutes’ time, then, the child was, slammed down onto the floors, HARD, by the counselor.

The police pointed out, that there was, a loud bang as the eleven-year-old’s head hit the floor, and after the counselor picked him up, he kept complaining of having a serious headache, there was, also vomiting too. Chang, the life counselor didn’t think it was too serious, put some ice on his head, and told him to sleep it off; three hours later, the counselor from the shift change found the boy, foaming at the mouth, and there was, blood in his vomit.

The orphanage immediately sent the boy to the hospital, but, as the fire department arrived, they’d found the child dead, without a pulse, and after being rushed to the hospital, he was, declared dead; as Chang, the counselor learned, that the boy had, died, he’d realized, how serious this became, he’d denied having hit the boy as he was questioned, but, after the D.A. reviewed over the surveillance footage, he’d admitted that he lost it, and slammed the boy toward the floor; the police, after interrogating him, sent him to the D.A.’s office to be booked, and after the D.A. asked him about the details of the case, they’d asked the courts to issue a warrant of his arrest, as he has a flight risk.

The D.A. and the police examined yesterday, that the child, He was smaller framed, that there was, abrasion on his left forehead, and bruises on his shoulders, as well as hands too, they’d suspected, that these were caused by when Chang subdued him, but the clear cause of death won’t come out until after the autopsy tomorrow; as the mother who was out of jail recently, due to drug charges came to identify his body, she’d begged for the authorities, to get to the bottom of the cause of her son’s death.

And so, just because this kid was, getting on everybody’s nerves, that still does NOT give YOU the rights to body-slam him, and kill him, and this is still a case of negligence homicide, and due to the emotional instability of this male counselor, and how the boy was acting up and out, that, was why this kid died…
