One death, one injury here!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
An eighty-three year-old elderly man, Su, was suspected of tired of living after being ill for a long time, yesterday morning, he took the leap off of his eighth floor home, broken through the first floor office, landed, on top of the head of a worker, Lin, who was just, unloading the cargoes; at the moment of impact, Lin was overcome with pain, he’d lain on the floor screaming aloud, and gladly, he’d only suffered minor injuries after being taken to the hospitals, however, Su, the elderly died, of serious injuries.
The police found, that the deceased lived with his wife on the seventh floor of an apartment complex in Chien-Guo N. Road, that the eighth floor was a shrine. Yesterday morning at around nine, Su climbed onto a chair, and leapt out of the window from the eighth floor, and, broken through the roof on the first floor, then, landed. The first floor of the building was a company that sold materials to build a motorcycle, back then, the thirty-three year-old employee, Lin was working with four others, sorting through the materials, and, the elderly “fell from the skies all of a sudden”, Lin only felt that something had, hit the back of his head, he’d fallen to the ground, was in pain.
Before everybody around him was able to react, they saw an elderly that fell down, they’d immediately notified the police; the two were taken to the hospitals, Su the elderly died before he arrived in the hospital, while Lin suffered contusions on his neck, his right knee, but he was conscious, and was released after being treated at the hospital.
The police investigated, and found that the deceased was diagnosed with depression, hypertension, diabetes, and was overcome with pains from bone spurs, that there was the cane and a chair used by the deceased on the eighth floor, suspected that he was tired of living with his illness that he’d killed himself.
“This was so much like how someone who’d committed suicide killed another!”, after the incident, the neighbors started gossiping, and started comparing the case from thirty years ago when a woman took the leap, and killed a food vendor on the streets; it’s just, that back then, the woman who took the leap had, survived, and the man she landed on was, killed, and yesterday, the jumper, Su was killed, and the man whom he’d landed on had, escaped death, by a smidge.
So, this, is caused by the trials of his life at old age, the elderly man must’ve been sick physically, and, because of his physical illnesses, it’d caused him to feel strains, and that, was what led him to kill himself, and gladly, this innocent bystander only got minor injuries…
