Animals that are Well Taken Care of

On animals that were, abandoned, translated…

The beige yellow coated, Dudu, is a more than ordinary mixed breed, just like all the dogs that were called Dudu, he was once, very chubby as a puppy, until the car wreck he got in five months ago, he’d lost weight very suddenly. That car wreck had, caused him to lose his hind legs, he could no longer urinate on his own anymore, and Dudu refused to eat too.

It was, a hit and run, and by the time that Dudu’s owner found him, she’d seen him lying there, lifeless, by the side of the road. She’d rushed him to the vet, and what came of the hospitalization was, less than thirty percent chance that the surgeries would be successful, and the unpredictable side effects from his injuries, having been told the possible end results, Dudu’s owner had, custom-made a wheelchair for the nine-year-old dog, and helped Dudu urinate four times a day by hand, and took him to her office as she’d gone to work there, and, they’d never been separated.

The son of the owner of Dudu was just two months younger than him, when he was born, Dudu was, already there; and now, as her son wanted to go to the parks, the owner took Dudu along as well, everything WAS like five months ago, wherever they’d gone, Dudu followed behind them, the children at the parks became, a bit nervous, they’d avoided bumping into them, and, the owner and her son never even explained, just commended Dudu, and encouraged him. Who can imagine, that this dog in a wheelchair had once become so depressed and upset, that he’d, stopped eating altogether? That he’d, relied on the force-feeding measures of food into the drug syringes, and it was, that love that’s filled up in the syringes, that’s given Dudu the will to live again.

Dudu was more than blessed, unlike the arctic fox in some farm, that’s supposed to live in the cold and freezing tundra, but instead, had come to find a home in Taiwan, where temperature reaches into the nineties, panted endlessly, lying, on that hard concrete, its originally white-as-snow coat, now, dyed to black, by the mud and the dust, and the dirt, he was found, in the midst of this, abandoned lumber yard, living in feces and urine, and trash too, and its food was just, thrown, careless, all around him.

Dudu wasn’t like the raccoon inside this farm either, forced to live away from their natural habitat of pond and the forest, and can only wash themselves, in the concrete, and sought out the feeds, mixed into the concrete and the dirt and the mud; not like the camel with the single hump, or the donkey, with flies circling around their wounds; unlike those few birds who’d lived inside the cage where their fellow bird companions died in. But, none of them is dead, just starved, or injured, and it’d become, too hard to tell, if they were, abused or neglected by the keepers.

And, on the ad of this farm had, “in the cute animal regions, there were, single-humped camels, emus, ostriches, an assortment of Taiwanese goats, sheep from Barbados, deer, Muntjac, deer, ponies, etc., etc., etc.” and on the board, it’d told of how when the place was set up, how the workers needed to get rid of the rocks, to make a brand new habitat, for these animals. The keeper said, all the animals are, well taken care of, that if any member of the public felt that the place was improper in the care of any animals, that all the animal care experts are welcome to give out advice.

And, if the farm was fined, the highest amount would be $75,000N.T., the total amount it’d cost, for Dudu’s wheelchair and his emergency medical fees.

no animals deserve to be mistreated like this!!!

Animals that lived in the farms run by the major enterprises may not be as lucky or blessed, as house pets that lived in the regular houses. Even if there’s just that one last breath in the animals left, and, whether or not the humans are really doing ALL that they can, for the pets, anyone who sees, can make the judgments of whether or not the animals are looked after well.

So, you see this, strong contrast, of how those animals are treated, and, although, there are, bad owners who abuse and neglect, even abandon their pets out there, this, was not the case, as in this particular case, the animals owned privately by the families, fared way better, than those animals that are used for “show” at those larger places run by those, high-end companies.
