The Kaohsiung City Police Station said, that Officer Chang had interacted with a drug addict who was arrested, he’d been given two minor reprimands, and transferred to the substation at Hunei.

The Taidong D.A.s office stated, that on the evening of August 23rd, as he was taken into the D.A.’s, he’d refused to answer any inquiries at night, the D.A. asked the courts for him to be taken into custody first, the very next day, the judge set the bail at $100,000N.T.s; and because there may be more related cases, the D.A. is not ruling out a larger scale search.
And regardless of what the reason, this officer knew the law, and broke it anyway, and that just shows, how easy it would be, for someone who had worked on the side of the law, to go to the other side!
