Yeah, because all you LOSERS do, is “fire off a SHOT!”, and, you’re finished with your “hard work”!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A pair of brothers, Tseng pointed out, that after their father divorced their mother when they were younger, he’d, abandoned them completely, and, the two brothers were grateful toward their mother, raising them up, other than taking their mother’s last name, they’d both filed for the alleviations from supporting their birthfather, Tseng’s father couldn’t “give out detailed accords of how he took care of his young”, the judge allowed for the brothers to not need to pay the support to take care of their birthfather as he grows older.

The siblings, Tsengs pointed out to the Taoyuan District Courts, that their father divorced their mother over twenty years ago, back then, the older son was not yet three, the younger, not even a year old, “We’d never seen our father growing up”, the two brothers were taken home by their mother back to her own family to be raised up, and, the living expenses they’d needed, were from their mother’s working odds and ends, since after middle school, the two brothers started working part-time to put themselves through high school, and, “there’s no happiness” since when they were younger, their father didn’t even show an ounce of care or concern toward them.

The older brother pointed out, that during elementary school, his younger brother was taken away by their birthfather for a short while, as he’d gone to visit his younger brother, he was told, that “I’d not seen him for an entire week”; the younger son told, that their birthfather is a drunk, and a gambler, rarely at home, that “he didn’t feel like he was living in a home when he’d stayed with his father”, later on, the younger son snuck back in, to live with the mother long-term, “after a month, our birthfather didn’t even know my younger brother had left”, clearly showed a lack of care and concern toward me. As the two brothers took their mother’s last name, they both filed to not pay for their father’s care in his elderly years.

As the court held the session, Tseng’s mother testified, “he’d not paid ANY alimony or child support over the years,” the two kids “are estranged from their birthfather”, the judge asked the mother, “Do you think your son should need to take care of his father”, she’d answered, “I don’t think so.”

As the social workers visited, their birthfather “didn’t even know his sons’ names”, and, as the birthfather was asked about how he’d taken care of his two sons when they’d stayed with him, or what they’d looked like, he couldn’t tell them, he’d admitted, “my sons were strangers to me”.

The judge believed, that he’d never put up any time, any responsibilities in caring for his two sons, that the son didn’t need to pay to support their father in his elderly years.

So, this is a successful case, for the children, because the father NEVER paid any attention to his own young, and now, he’d wanted his two sons, who were only related to him by BLOOD, and nothing more, to pay for his livelihood? Naturally, this, is unjust, and, the judge, based off of the testimonies given by the two men’s mother, as well as the social worker, decided, that the two sons didn’t need to pay to support their father at old age, and, the father still has NOBODY ELSE he can blame for this outcome BUT himself, he’s the one who’d abandoned his two sons when they were young!
