Trying to Interject into Their Conversations

Let’s get the flow of the conversations going…

A: …………B:…………C:………

As I sat listening in, to the conversation shared by A, B, and C above (note: A, B, and C are all people!!!), my mind can’t keep up, and, I can’t, find a way, to interject, into their conversations, to make my opinions heard aloud!

Trying to interject into their conversations, because I want to be a part of their discussions, but, I can’t keep track of what they’re all talking about, I think they’re talking about their jobs, I’m not really sure…

Trying to interject into their conversations, oh, here’s an “opening”……nope, the moments passed! Wait, here comes, another one! Damn, too late!!!

Trying to interject into their conversations, this, was what I saw, in the interactions of my family, his ex-wife, talking about something (really wasn’t paying that much attention, so don’t ask me what it was about!!!), while my grandmother, who’s demented, struggled, to find a place to chime in…………

Trying o interject into their conversations, to let them (whoever they may be, how the hell should I know here???) know, that I’m still here, but, I can’t, what are they talking about again? Housing prices? No, about their children’s future? Nope, god DAMN it, it’s just, too FREAKING hard for me to keep up!!!

And so, you can see, how hard it is, for someone who’s demented or with declined mental capacity, to chime in, to feel included, to not get left out, from the daily goings on of life, right???
