So, this, is your EXCUSE, after your hand got STUCK in the C-O-O-K-I-E jar, huh!!! The SORRY EXCUSE from a L-O-S-E-R, from the Newspapers, translated…
A man Lin ran short of spending cash, and he’d thought of taking his own wife, Yuan’s gold jewelries, went to the pawn shops, gotten $55,000N.T. for everything to spend, and went to report the jewelries stolen at the police station with his own wife too, Lin kept proclaiming, that he’s a good husband who loved his home, and his need to reiterate that made the officers suspicious, and, naturally, they’d found that stash of cash from the pawning of his wife’s jewelries, and booked him.
The second substation’s An-Lang Bridge subprecinct investigated, that Lin (age 32) is currently unemployed, and was married to Yuan, a woman from Vietnam for many years, and recently, because he’d needed extra money to spend, he’d asked his wife for a loan, but she’d turned him down, he’d taken the opportunities, to steal her gold necklace, her ring and earrings, and some other items, on the very day, he’d exchanged the items for a grand total of $55,000N.T.
The very next day, Yuan found her jewelries gone, thought the house was burglarized, and went to the subprecinct to report her things missing with her husband, the police investigated and found, that the lock of their home wasn’t broken, and that there’s no chaos, or signs of someone searching for valuables, believed that her jewelries were stolen by someone she knew. Other than comforting his own wife, he’d stressed that he loved his family, that he could’ve NEVER stolen from his own wife, and was willing to fully cooperate with the police in their investigations.
not my cartoon…
The manager of the subprecint, Hu found that Lin was compelled to fend for his own innocence, wanted him to help with their search, as the officers checked the car, Lin’s face changed colors, and he’d looked nervous, and kept blocking them, stated, “it’s definitely not in there, there’s no need for you to waste time looking for it in there!”, but, as the seat of his motorcycle lifted, the police found stacks of bills, as well as the receipts from the pawn shop, the case was closed, in just five hours’ time.
Lin saw that the evidence all pointed to him, he could only admit to what he’d done, and after his wife, Yuan learned, that it was him, she’d gotten so furious, can’t believe, that the normally, gentle and kind husband was the one who’d stolen from her. After the police took down the statements, Lin was sent to the Keelung District Attorney’s Office for processing.
And so, this LOSER decided to STEAL from his own wife, and attempted to misdirect the officers in their investigations, but, he wasn’t successful one bit, he still got caught, red handed.
