Felt Ashamed…the Man Who Was Found, Attempting to Rape the Female Nurse’s Aide Couldn’t Bring Himself to Face His Own Loved Ones

The Indonesian foreign hired nurse’s aide claimed she was raped by the man who hired her, Hsieh, multiple times, and the footage she’d taken as evidence of what had happened was posted online, and spread, after the Indonesian press got a hold of it, the news came back around to Taiwan, yesterday, the detectives took Hsieh into custody, Hsieh admitted to what he’d done, and said that he was, too ashamed to go home.

After the D.A.’s office in Taichung interrogated, they’d asked for Hsieh to be taken into custody because he’s at flight risk, the judge approved the arrest warrant for forced sexual acts and forced molestation, and at flight risk, approved for Hsieh to get taken into police custody.

The Labor Department stepped out, and said, that they’d already helped the female nurse’s aide who’d asked for protection to end the terms of her contract, and, the relatives of the family who’d hired her became the person who’d hired her to work now, and, the Labor Department will look further into the matter, and as the D.A. decided to indict, then, they will be able to decide on whether or not this family is allowed to hire again, and they’d limited the family that they couldn’t hire another foreign helper in two years’ time.

The Indonesian media stated, that the intermediary agency told the woman to call the police herself; but the intermediary agency denied this, stated that they’d automatic reported the incident to the police on her behalf, and asked about her wellbeing.

Hsieh (age 59) was accused of raping and sexually molesting the female nurse’s aide since January to July of this year, and after his bad behaviors were discovered, he’d, left home, to hide out.

The special squad which was assigned to investigate told, that Hsieh worked in a steel mill, his wife worked as a pencil pusher in the factory, two nights ago, the officers used the information that the families gave, zoomed in on Hsieh’s whereabouts, as the officers set up search teams, and found him in a haze just four kilometers away from his home, as he saw the officers, he’d admitted to raping the female nurse’s aide.

Hsieh said, after the rape and molestations were found out, he couldn’t face his own families and friends, that he’d left home two evenings ago, had wanted to go find a friend to stay with, but feared they may laugh at him, and that, was why he’d, wandered to the parks, and sat at the side of the roads, not knowing where he should go.

Based off of understanding, Hsieh had started admitting to raping the female nurse’s aide first, then, he’d claimed, that he was, too drunk to remember what happened, the specialist task force put up the footage provided by the nurse’s aide, that, was when he’d admitted to drinking too much and letting alcohol affect his judgments, that he’d, raped her with his fingers.

The female nurse’s aide once told the intermediary company, that the man who’d hired her had often raped and sexually molested her after he got drunk, and in the LINE conversation with the agency, she’d stated, “If I’d finally lost it, I will definitely KILL that drunk!”.

So, there’s NO doubt, that this man did, rape the woman who was hired, to look after his aging parent, and, when he was caught, he’d first, denied it, because he’d not wanted to face the punishment of the laws, but later on, he’d finally admitted to it, I’m thinking, because he was, tortured, by his own guilty conscience over what he’d done to the woman.
