A man, Hsu from Hsinbei City lived with his elderly grandparents, but he had a drug habit, without a job, and would get the retirement pensions from the elders to spend to buy the illegal substances, as the elders saw they’d grilled him, and Hsu would get loud with his grandparents, destroying the furniture, and, the grandfather finally had it, turned Hsu in to the cops, awhile ago the officers came to arrest him, caught him abusing drugs, they’d booked him.
The police pointed out, that Hus (age 33) had a relapse of his addiction and started arguing with his grandfather, the man in charge of the borough was nearby and heard them argue, took Hsu the elderly to the subprecicint to report.
Hsu told the police, that after his son got into the habit, he’d stopped working, and would ask for money from the family to buy the drugs, and recently, he’d gotten worse and worse in his drug abuse, when his families refused to give him the money, he’d start getting violent physically, making the whole family live in fear.
The manager of the Jingshan Subprecinct took four other patrol officers with him to the elderly’s home, Hsu saw the cops, his face changed colors, and rushed into his bedroom to clear off all the drugs, the manager of the subprecinct saw he was suspicious, ordered the men to search the house. Later on, the officers found three bags of amphetamine bags, paraphernalia, along with other evidences, and as Hsu saw he’d been made, he’d admitted to using and abusing, after being interrogated, Hsu was sent to Keelung D.A.’s offices for booking.
The elderly Hsu said painstakingly, that he’d raised up his grandson from when he was younger, a couple of years back his grandson became addicted, he’d tried consoling him, but he’d not taken his own grandfather’s words, that, was what made him notify the police. As the police was taking his grandson away, he was filled with regrets, hoped that his grandson can really, turn over a new leaf in jail.
So, this grandfather did the thing that would actually help his grandson finally, because this man had become, a blood-sucking LEECH, to his families, and, his grandfather had finally had it, and, turned him in, which was what the elderly should’ve done sooner too!
