A man who had overcome his past, and is now, using what he has, to help others, from the Newspapers, translated…
Rong-Hong Tsai’s memories of childhood, “I was, constantly bullied”, he’d gotten involved in extracurricular activities, and walked into the crowds, and believed, “so long as we have a stage, we will not turn bad”.
Rong-Hong Tsai, from a single-parent home was diagnosed as “high-functional autism”, he was bullied by his classmates growing up, in college, he’d gotten involved in a volunteering group, and started trusting others again; set up the “Beans Fighter”, to provide the children from less-fortunate backgrounds and children who were bullied a stage to shine on, he’d found, that “if a stage is provided for the children, they won’t turn bad”.
The sunny man, from a single parent household, Tsai, who’s thirty-three years-old, set up the “Bean’s Service Community” (changed the name to “Beans Fighter”), leading the children as scouts, payed special attention to children from less fortunate background and kids who’d misbehaved. Reason being he was diagnosed as high functional autism when he was younger, “the only memories of my childhood is being bullied.”

He’d stated, that he’d found his advantage from working in the computers, he’d started getting involved with the community from the volunteer organizations, and started, regaining his trust in people.
Like the song, “Stubborn” by the group Mayday, Tsai firmly believed, that each child has what it takes, to achieve one’s own dreams, he’d used himself as an example, gave the children who were going through the rough times a helping hand, pulling them back up.
Tsai operated a free tutor class, and even started planning a talents course program, as well as a work/internship program too, “I need to help these children learn something more that’s not in the books”, he’d taught these classes himself, lectured, and taught the kids the techniques, and, as the over fifty members of his school started off on stage, they don’t show any stage-fright.
The children’s monthly talent tuition runs up to over $50,000N.T.s, Tsai had taken money out of his own pockets, and franchised an onion pancake shop, so the kids can have hands-on experiences in entrepreneurship, and, the money from the sales goes into the “Dream Making Case”, collected the dreams of a hundred high schools, middle schools, and elementary school children’s dreams, for instance, if a child wants to become a dancer, then, Tsai would plan out the dance courses offered at the child’s local community.
not my photo still…
In a decade’s time, the youths who’d benefitted from the program all returned one by one, to help their “younger siblings”, and managed to microentreprenuer with the sales from the onion pancakes, juice shops, cafés, at the end of the year, they will be putting forth a “Dream-Making Concert”, the kids will perform on stage.
Some called Tsai “a fool”, but he’d always worn his smiles and replied, that his giving ca give the kids enormous amount of courage and that sense of achievement too, that, the children will become, more than what he’d given to them to start, “there’s no reason for me to not keep this going!”
So, this, is a man who truly cares about his surrounding environment, and maybe it’s because of his own special needs status that’s made him understand what these children needed, and so, he’d, provided them with a stage that they can, shine on, given them an opportunity to make something of themselves.
