Life, the Obstacle Course

If the Abuse of a Cat Caused the Society to Rant on, Then, How Come the Deaths of Children by Abuse & Neglect Don’t Get Enough “Air-Time”?

The life of a human being is now, weighing, a HELL of a L-O-T less, than an animal’s life here…

The case from before where the college student abused and then, murdered the stray dogs and cats hit the front page sections, and it’s still being discussed right now.

And, look around this world, there are, even MORE cases where children are being abused to death, and we hear about these, for the day after it’d happened, or whenever the news reporters got their hands on the stories, but, that’s it, after all, the murderers are already caught, found guilty, and, sentenced to probation or jail time or whatever, so, CASE CLOSED!

That, just makes me wonder, if the deaths of stray dogs and cats are getting so much attention, some of the stories were told, and retold, by the newspapers, then, how come, the deaths of young children are only reported, just O-N-C-E, given that there’s NO “follow-up” stories?

And that seems to mean, that human lives are not as valued as the lives of animals, or, maybe, because we loved our pets so very much, people would get madder, if they see news on animals getting abused to death, than if we see on the news, children getting abused to death…………
