Her Mother Became Too Tired, Left Home…Leaving the Severely Handicapped Daughter, Starved to Death

A twenty-six year-old severely handicapped woman at the start of last month, was found, dead, in her residence, the coroners and police autopsied her and found no food inside her stomach, and suspected that she was, starved to death; two days ago, the police found the mother, Kao who was left to take care of her, she said, “it’d become too hard, taking care of her, that as she’d left home at the end of July, she’d texted the woman’s father, Liu, “I’m going to go now”, she’d not known, that he’d not come, to take care of his own daughter.

The forty-six year-old woman, Kao denied having abandoned her own daughter, inistited that after she’d texted the fifty-year-old, Liu, and confirmed, that he was going to look after her, that, was when she’d moved away from her rental place; and Liu claimed, that he never received such a text message from Kao; the police took both Liu and Kao into custody based off of abandonment causing death, the D.A., after interrogating yesterday, confirmed, that they were, responsible for abandonment, but wasn’t at flight risk, gave Kao house arrest and Liu was sent home.

The D.A. said, they will review over their contact records, to see who’s at fault.

The police investigated, that as Kao and Liu cohabited together twenty-six years ago, they’d given birth to a daughter who had multiple disabilities and epilepsy, that Kao was placed in charge of caring for her, and Liu would wire $20,000 to $30,000N.T. to Kao for living, and that Liu would from time to time, visit his own child at the rental place.

The landlord went to collect the rents last month, but, nobody answered the door, and as he dialed her home phone, it’d become, unregistered, later on, the other tenants complained of rancid smells inside Kao’s bedroom, the landlord notified the police and they broke in, and found Kao’s severely handicapped daughter, dead on the bed. The cornorer did an autopsy, found there to be no food content in the woman’s stomach, and suspected that she was, starved to death.

The father of the deceased was called up, and stated, that he wasn’t aware of his own daughter’s living conditions, that she was under the care of her birthmother; two days ago, the police cvuaght up with Kao who was staying with a relative, and she said, that it’d been too hard, taking care of her ill daughter, that, was why she’d, run away.

She stated, that she’d not wanted to look after her daughter on July 29^th, so she’d texted Liu, “I’m leaving now”, asked him to take over, she thought, that Liu would take over looking after her daughter, that, was why she’d, left, denied having at all, abandoned her own child.

So, we still have, IRRESPONSIBLE parents here, whose carelessness caused this severely handicapped daughter of theirs, to STARVE to death, and, they will both be charged with not just abandonment of their own young, but murder as well, because it’s their neglect that’s caused this severely handicapped woman to die.
