Peeping tom alert, and this time, he HAD a BADGE too, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
The officer, Tsai from the Patrol Team of the Chiayi Police Department, two nights ago, took a night off work, went to an American wholesale mart, he was suspected of using a camera, to film under a female customer, Cheng’s skirt, as Cheng’s husband discovered this, he’d called the police, and Tsai was taken into custody on obstruction of privacy charges, after the D.A. asked him about the details, he was sent home. And because this was Tsai’s second time being caught, taking photo under women’s dresses, he was given one major reprimand by the police station he worked for.

After the office, Tsai was caught, filming, the group of bystanders prevented him from escaping, the officers from the district came, and after the police confirmed that the microrecorder that Tsai was using wasn’t issued by the police department, Tsai admitted to what he’d done.
Based off of understanding, this was NOT Tsai’s first offiense, five years ago, as he worked as the sergeant of the city detective squad, he’d once placed a secret camera on his foot, and went into a fruit mart, pretended he was selecting the produce, and took footages of the female shoppers’ undergarments, because the SD card dropped out, the person who found the SD card posted the footages online hoping to capture the pervert who did this, and Tsai had accidentally filmed his own license plate, that, was how the case was, brought out into the open, and although Tsai wasn’t indicted, but was given two minor reprimands, and transferred to the traffic teams.
From the disclosures of his coworkers, after Tsai went to work for the traffic teams, he’d changed his name, and started on a new leaf, didn’t act abnormally in his regular workdays, that they couldn’t tell that he was, a peeping tom.

Because this man couldn’t kick his own habits of being a peeping tom, he got caught, while, representing a member of the police department, and this, should be alarming, because if a peeping tom can work for the police, then, how can the public feel safe???
