“Why is the jacket moving?”, yesterday morning at 6:30, next to the Three Claw Pothole Road in Ruifang, the members of the public who were out exercising found a feather jacket scattered by the side of the road, and, as they got closer, they saw a pair of little feet, they were so shocked they’d called the police immediately, and the police is now, trying to figure out who this baby belonged to.

A woman in the local area, Wu, while she was out exercising yesterday morning, stumbled across an old shoe box covered with a feather jacket, she thought it was someone’s garbage, but as she got closer, she saw underneath the coat, something was moving.
On the same path, another elderly man who was also out exercising came close, he’d originally wanted to console with the woman, to not touch the coat that doesn’t belong to her but, as he got closer, he saw a pair of small, white feet, the two of them found a baby abandoned, and, immediately called the nearby residence to help notify the police.
Jeng, the elderly said, that the small path would only have the morning joggers, it’s rarely walked through, and there would be wild cats that traveled, gladly, he discovered the child with the woman, and hollered out, “go help this young life!”, the homeowner from where the police was called said, that he’d not heard the baby cry, or any other sounds, he’d not known, that someone had, abandoned a young infant next to his house.

The infant’s umbilical cord was still attached, after the fire department rushed the infant to the hospital operated by the Department of Sanitation in Keelung, the hospital told, that the infant abandoned is a male, and, he’d weighed at 2,480 grams, very active, and they’d found there to be a red bump on the left side of his head, and, after the doctors scanned him using an ultrasound, they’d found nothing abnormal with his health.
So, we can speculate, that this, is once again, a child that might have been born to unwed mothers, probably a teenager, and it just shows, how irresponsible these parents are, abandoning the newborn, what if this child died? And yet, this, is still happens, and, this still won’t be the very last of this sort of cases in the world…
