The indictment paper stated, that the fifty-one year-old Lee was the art instructor and director of this particular short-term art cram school, started in November of 2011, he’d zoomed in on an eleven-year-old, fifth grade girl in his class, after school, he’d told her to stay, and, forced his tongue down her throat, molested her, and played porn for her to watch too.
The little girl was being molested by Lee on average four times a month, waited until she was in the middle school years, Lee exacerbated, he’d started forcing her to have oral sex with him, until the end of June in. At the end of 2013, Lee took out sexy lingerie, gave it to the young girl, told her to put it on, said he wanted to take sexual photos of her, that if she’d agreed to it, he will give her $500N.T.s a time; but the little girl refused and didn’t put on what he had for her to wear.
The young girl was from a single-parent household, the mother raised her and her older sister on her own, she felt that her mother had, favored her older sister more, plus she was introverted, lacked confidence, feared that she might become even more negative in her mother’s mind, she’d never told her mom about it; and, because she loved art, although she was victimized, but, because she wanted to keep on learning to paint and to draw, she’d kept, going to the class.
Last year in August, Lee LINED another female student in his class, “I’ll give you $2,000N.T. an hour, going out with a guy for an hour…perhaps, having sex…if you have friends, or you want to earn some extra money, tell me”, the female student immediately reported this to the police and file a suit against Lee, but, there wasn’t enough physical evidence, the D.A. didn’t press for an indictment, but the police started asking all the girls in his class.
And, this young girl, finally told the cops what happened to her, when the police came to visit. Her mother felt heart wrenching, showed up in court and told, that Lee had, called her up, to state that he was innocent, that please believe him, that if the police asked, say nice thing for him; Lee had even once falsified himself as his daughter’s relative, called up another cram school to find out her daughter’s whereabouts, and the other cram school felt it was odd and told her about it.
As the D.A. investigated, the little girl clearly told of what had happened to her, the process of being raped by Lee, but because it’d happened, too many times, she’d become unclear overo the dates, and only said, that it’d happened four times on average each and every month; and Lee had, denied having sexually molested, raped her, and refused to take a polygraph.
The D.A. believed, that the little girl had no displeasure with Lee that she wouldn’t defame her own teacher, and, from her testimonies and Lee’s behaviors, they’d believed, that Lee had, molested his students.
So, finally, this LOSER is caught, and, can you imagine how much shit this young girl must’ve endured? And, nobody ever notices, because she hides it so well, but, there must’ve been signs, but the adults in her life just wasn’t paying enough close attention, allowing this sort of bullshit to go on, for this long a time.
