A forty-year-old married man, Hsu started rendezvousing with a female coworker, Yang, Hsu’s wife found the sexually-illicit text messages of “With your hand next to me, I’d become stiff, I’d bumped you, I’d wanted it with you when I wake up in the morn”, along with some other sexually illicit messages, she’d gotten angered and sued them both for adultery, but the two denied having had sexual intercourse or an affair, and said that the messages were, “just a joke”.

And because the wife didn’t have ANY other evidence, the Hsinbei District Attorney’s Office decided to drop the case.

Hsu’s wife accused, that last October and November, her husband had gone out to stay overnight a lot, claimed that he’d gone to Hualien for business trips, but instead, he’d gone to sleep with Yang; last November, she’d checked his cell phone and found the sexually-illicit conversations he’d had with the thirty-nine year-old woman, Yang, after she’d grilled her husband about it, he said he was sorry, that he and Yang were only taking what they needed from each other, as she confronted the other woman, Yang, she said she was sorry too, and so, Hsu’s wife sued them both for adultery.

As the cross-examinations were ongoing, Hsu claimed, “with your hand next to me, I’d become stiff” was talking about how he was lifting weights before bedtime and how hard his calves became, that he was only joking, in wanting Yang to touch it, “When I wake up in the morn, I wanted to” meant he’d wanted to go to the bathrooms when he woke in the morn.  That he and Yang were like buddies, that all the messages between them were, jokes.

Yang’s message back to Hsu included, “Get the keys with me, we’ll go to Chunghe to sleep together, are you tired, having done it in the morn”, “I knew it, you’d had, other women too, am I your third, fourth, or fifth, I’m not your second!”

Yang also claimed that there was nothing going on between her and Hsu, that they were close friends, that sometimes he’d worked late and would crash in her living room, that the rest of their messages were only jokes.

As the D.A. opened the case, Hsu claimed, “taking what we needed from each other” was about how much he had in common with Yang conversation-wise, that he’d poured his heart out to her on issues regarding work, and he’d apologized, because he was getting too close to other women, that he felt apologetic toward his own wife; Yang also insisted that they’d never had sexual intercourse together, the D.A. thought that there wasn’t enough evidence, so, neither was charged.

So, just those sexually illicit text messages wouldn’t count as adultery, you must catch your husband or wife in bed with another, and, take photos them both, NUDE in bed, then that, would stand up in court, is that it???  Are you FUCKING kidding me, clearly, from the conversations we can deduce, that something IS going on, and it’s still NOT discussion of work!
