The officers investigated, that two mornings ago at around seven, the forty-two year-old man, Huang, was leaving after he bought his breakfast on Guanfu Road, and Wu also drove to the same place to get breakfast, but because Guanfu Road is narrowed, they’d brushed across one another, and Huang said something insulting, the two started arguing; and, because Huang was going to work, he’d left the scene.
As Wu thought about it, he got angrier and angrier, chased up to Huang, and tailgated him twice, and hit Huang’s motorcycle from the left side, causing Huang to lose control of his motorcycle, hitting a light post by the side of the road, Huang fell to the ground, the helmet that Huang was wearing had, flown off his head too. Wu saw that Huang was down, and coughing up blood, realized that he’d done something awful, he’d called the police and hollered out to the bystanders, call an ambulance, but after Huang was rushed to the hospital, he’d died from sustaining serious injuries.

So, this wouldn’t be vehicular manslaughter, instead, it’d be, murder, and maybe the man in the car didn’t have the intentions of murdering the motorist, but, because of his tailgating the motorist, the motorist hit a light pole, and died, and it all started, with a bad word of exchange, see how easily they still all cracked???
