A man, Chuang was having an extramarital affair with his female coworker, Hua, after his wife, Huang found out, she’d had the private investigators go to the woman’s place to catch them in the act, taken down photos of her husband and the other woman naked in bed together, the D.A. prosecuted the case; but, after the judge investigated and found, that the private investigators obtained the footage of them in bed together by spying to find the code used for entering into Hua’s apartments, the judge believed that the P.I.s had forcefully entered, and taken footages without consent, illegally obtained the evidence, the judge gave Chuang and Hua a free pass for cheating.

The judge believed, that Huang used illegal methods to obtain the evidence of her husband cheating, she’d broken the laws on illegally breaking and entering, obstruction of secrecy, along with other charges.

The verdict stated, that two years ago, Chuang was stripped naked in Hua’s apartment with her in bed, and was photographed by the P.I. his wife, Huang had hired, ad obtained Kleenex with seminal fluid too; the two of them later on agreed to settle, and admitted to having sexual intercourse with each other, and the D.A. prosecuted them both based off of damaging the family.

But, as the court was in session, they both denied having had extramarital affair with each other, Chuang claimed that he was at Hua’s place to discuss business, that after they got drunk, they were in Hua’s bed, just talking, that the agreement he’d signed was because he thought he was caught in bed naked, and found to commit adultery; Huang said, that she’d felt this attraction toward Chuang, and that after she’d gotten drunk, she’d stripped herself, but, after she was in bed, watching T.V. naked, Huang broke in.

The judge believed, that Huang and the private investigators obtain the evidence of her husband cheating illegally, Huang first rented the place a floor above Hua’s residence, allowing the private investigators to see what Hua’s passcode was for her place, and broken into her residence without her consent.

Plus, Chuang and Hua had NO obligations to comply to the filming of the P.I., the private investigators forced the quilt off of the two of them and took the shot, and rummaged the room for used toilet papers, that the behaviors had, exceeded what was acceptable in obtaining the evidences.

The judge decided finally, that Huang and the private investigators’ illegally obtaining the evidence from Hua’s place had caused serious damages to her living safety and the rights to her privacy, that the video footage, the photos, the tissues are inadmissible as evidence, and the husband and the other woman were both found not guilty.

So, had this woman not gotten so furious about her husband’s affair, and collected the evidences of him cheating on her legally, then, she would’ve won the case, but she didn’t, she let emotions rule her sense, and that, is what happens, when you allow your emotions to rule over your behaviors.
