These are the wayward modern day values that we’re currently seeing right now, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
I felt panicky, seeing how in short periods of time, students from N.T.U. were charged with abusing and murdering of two innocent cats; I’d feared, that one day when I come home, I’d lost track of my cats, that they’d become, the sacrificed in the murders of the animals! What bigger fear there is, for all of us, who loved the cats and the dogs?
how, can this compare to this…

The “victim” of the murder, “Bam-Bam” who was owned by a restaurant owner told the public to “forgive the college student who murdered her”, I believe, that this, is a hypocritical statement. Some would say, “What else can you do?”, or, “it’s just two dead cats!”, yes, two cats are, dead, but, these are, two innocent lives, just the same! Helpless, like a human infant!
The people who studied psychology believed, that those who abused animals have a higher chance of becoming abusive and murdering other people, and this, has empirical back up.
If we’d allowed people to abuse or torture or even murder animals, it’s the same as how the world right now is telling our future generations of children that “we need not respect life, that we need not give ANY dignity to any life forms”.
And, everybody’s caught up, in the pursuits of Pokémon, chased after the virtual pets, and not cherishing the animals and people who are in need of our assistance, it’s truly, sad! It’d made me think about those who only focused on their own pleasures, and neglected the right to life of everybody and everything else.

I don’t want to see any more cases where animals, handicapped people, elderly or children, get hurt anymore. These couple of years, I’d pushed forth the education of life in various school settings, in the elementary, the middle, and high schools as well, hoped that I can teach all students to respect life, no matter how weak or miniscule, how handicapped, they all have the right, to live a dignified life!
I’m calling out to everybody, to pay more attention to, to cherish the real people and real animals around her/him, because that, is how we know the beauties of living.
So, there’s this sharp contrast, to people’s priorities, people are chasing after those Pokémons, that they’d not realized, how many real pets, abandoned cats and dogs, that are out there, in need of a home, and, if we can all put down those handheld devices, and start paying more attention to what’s going on, in our immediate surrounding environments, then, there may not be as many premature deaths or lives that were taken, just because someone felt like killing something!
